1. About LIV Bot

LIV Bot is an independent product operated from Europe. LIV Bot is designed for Binance P2P merchants who want to monitor competitors, manage pricing rules, receive alerts and reports, and automate parts of their P2P pricing workflow through Telegram.

LIV Bot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Binance or any other cryptocurrency exchange.

2. Service Description

The Service may allow users to:

connect a Binance API key with limited permissions;
monitor existing Binance P2P advertisements and market conditions;
configure BUY and SELL pricing rules;
receive alerts, reports, and auto-reports;
manage ads, limits, payment methods, and pricing settings through Telegram bots;
update prices of existing P2P advertisements based on user-defined rules where supported by the connected platform and API permissions.

The exact features available to you may depend on your plan, settings, technical availability, and third-party platform limitations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LIV Bot.

You are responsible for making sure that your use of LIV Bot is legal in your country and complies with all applicable laws, regulations, tax obligations, exchange rules, and Binance terms or policies.

4. No Financial or Legal Advice

LIV Bot does not provide financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice.

Any prices, limits, settings, advertisements, transactions, payment methods, trading decisions, business decisions, or P2P activity remain your sole responsibility. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming that your settings are correct before using automation.

5. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

your Binance account and Telegram account security;
the API key you create and connect;
the permissions you enable on that API key;
your pricing rules, limits, payment methods, ads, and automation settings;
monitoring bot activity and stopping automation when needed;
complying with Binance rules and the laws of your country;
any result, loss, dispute, restriction, account issue, or business outcome related to your P2P activity.

LIV Bot helps automate routine actions, but you remain in control and responsible for your account and decisions.

6. API Permissions and Security

LIV Bot only asks users to connect a Binance API key with the minimum permissions needed for the Service. Users should enable only the required reading permission and must not enable permissions that allow withdrawals, transfers, spot trading, margin trading, futures trading, universal transfers, or any other unnecessary account access.

If any website, bot, person, or installation flow claiming to be LIV Bot asks you to enable withdrawal, transfer, spot trading, margin trading, futures trading, or similar permissions, do not continue and contact support immediately.

LIV Bot stores connected API keys in encrypted form. After an API key is submitted, the full key is not shown back to the user through the Service.

Although we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect API credentials and user data, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your Binance account, Telegram account, device, and API credentials safe.

7. Telegram Bots and Third-Party Platforms

LIV Bot operates through Telegram and depends on third-party services, including Binance, Telegram, hosting providers, payment channels, and other infrastructure providers.

We do not control third-party platforms. LIV Bot is not responsible for:

Binance API changes, outages, limits, restrictions, errors, or account actions;
Telegram outages, delivery delays, blocked accounts, or message delivery issues;
payment network delays or transaction issues;
internet, hosting, or infrastructure interruptions;
changes to third-party terms, policies, fees, permissions, or technical behavior.

Your use of Binance, Telegram, and other third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Plans, Trials, and Payments

LIV Bot may offer free trials, monthly plans, multi-month plans, and custom plans. Available plans, prices, features, limits, trial periods, and update intervals are shown on the website, in Telegram bots, or in direct communication with support.

Payments are made manually in cryptocurrency (for example, USDT-TRC20) unless another payment method is agreed separately.

LIV Bot does not automatically charge users and does not automatically renew subscriptions. To continue using a paid plan after the paid period ends, the user must manually pay for the next period.

Custom bot services, individual setup, personal onboarding, custom development, and non-standard plans may have separate pricing and terms agreed individually.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Approval of a refund is not guaranteed and may depend on the circumstances, including whether the Service was activated, used, configured, customized, or provided for a paid period.

Crypto payments may be irreversible, may involve network fees, and may be affected by price volatility. Any approved refund may be reduced by transaction fees or other costs where applicable.

10. Availability and Changes to the Service

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee that LIV Bot will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.

The Service may be delayed, unavailable, limited, suspended, or changed because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party API changes, Binance restrictions, Telegram issues, network problems, security concerns, legal requirements, or other reasons.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use LIV Bot to:

violate any law, regulation, exchange rule, or third-party right;
commit fraud, abuse, deception, market manipulation, or illegal activity;
attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or services without authorization;
interfere with, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the Service;
bypass limits, security measures, or payment requirements;
impersonate LIV Bot, Binance, support staff, or another user;
use the Service in a way that may harm LIV Bot, other users, third-party platforms, or the reputation of the Service.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

you violate these Terms;
you fail to pay required fees;
your use creates risk for LIV Bot, other users, third-party platforms, or the public;
we suspect fraud, abuse, security issues, or unauthorized access;
required by law, regulation, court order, or third-party platform action;
continuing to provide the Service is no longer technically or commercially reasonable.

You may stop using LIV Bot at any time. You may also request deletion of your data by contacting support, subject to legal, security, accounting, and dispute-resolution retention requirements.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIV Bot disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, security, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee any profit, spread, turnover, ranking, ad position, price result, trading result, P2P result, or business outcome.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIV Bot and its operators, developers, contractors, partners, and support staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, data, account access, digital assets, reputation, or goodwill.

LIV Bot is not responsible for losses or damages caused by user settings, wrong API permissions, compromised accounts, third-party platform issues, Binance actions, Telegram issues, network outages, payment issues, incorrect pricing rules, market movement, or user error.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of LIV Bot for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you to LIV Bot for the Service during the one month before the claim arose.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LIV Bot and its operators, developers, contractors, partners, and support staff from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense arising from:

your use of the Service;
your Binance P2P activity;
your violation of these Terms;
your violation of law, exchange rules, or third-party rights;
your API permissions, account settings, pricing rules, or payment methods;
disputes with counterparties, platforms, regulators, or other third parties.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in Europe where the operator of LIV Bot is based, unless mandatory consumer protection or other mandatory law requires otherwise.

Any dispute should first be addressed by contacting LIV Bot support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the competent courts or authorities according to applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website or otherwise made available through the Service with a new "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after the Terms are updated means you accept the updated Terms.
