1. About LIV Bot

LIV Bot is an independent product operated from Europe. LIV Bot is designed for Binance P2P merchants and works mainly through Telegram bots.

LIV Bot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Binance or any other cryptocurrency exchange.

2. Information We Collect

We collect different information depending on how you use the Service. We collect only what is reasonably needed to operate LIV Bot, provide support, and improve the Service.

2.1 Website

When you use the LIV Bot website, we may process:

  • a locale preference cookie (`locale`) to remember your selected language;
  • Google Analytics cookies when you accept analytics in our cookie banner.

When you accept analytics in our cookie banner, the website uses Google Analytics. Google Analytics may use cookies and collect information such as pages visited, browser type, device type, approximate location, and IP address. IP addresses are anonymized where supported by our configuration.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical data (such as IP address and request timestamps) in server logs for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. If you contact us through Telegram or WhatsApp, we may receive information you choose to share, such as your Telegram username, Telegram user ID, display name, WhatsApp number, email address (if provided), and message content.

2.3 LIV Bot through Telegram

When you use LIV Bot through Telegram bots, we may collect and process:

  • Telegram user ID;
  • Telegram username and display name;
  • bot commands and interactions;
  • selected plan, trial status, subscription status, and settings;
  • alerts, reports, configuration choices, and support messages.

2.4 Binance API and P2P workflow data

To provide the Service, we may collect and process information connected to your Binance API and P2P workflow, including:

  • encrypted Binance API credentials provided by you;
  • Binance account identifiers available through the connected API permissions;
  • existing P2P advertisement data;
  • assets, fiat currencies, pricing rules, price limits, payment methods, competitor settings, and automation settings;
  • reports, alerts, turnover data, average price data, spread data, profit-related data, and other operational information available through the Service.

LIV Bot asks users to connect only the minimum API permission needed for the Service. Users should not enable withdrawal, transfer, spot trading, margin trading, futures trading, or other unnecessary permissions.

2.5 Payments

Payments for LIV Bot are handled manually in cryptocurrency (for example, USDT-TRC20). We may collect:

  • selected plan;
  • payment status;
  • subscription period;
  • transaction hash or payment reference;
  • wallet or payment address used for payment;
  • payment amount and currency;
  • support messages related to payment.

We do not process or store payment card details through the Service.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain LIV Bot;
  • create and manage user access;
  • connect the Service to the user's Binance API key;
  • run user-defined pricing rules and automation settings;
  • deliver alerts, reports, auto-reports, and Telegram bot messages;

  • improve the website, bots, user experience, security, and reliability;

4. API Key Storage and Encryption

LIV Bot stores connected Binance API keys in encrypted form.

After a user submits an API key, the full key is not shown back to the user through the Service.

The key is used only to provide the features requested by the user and allowed by the connected API permissions.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect API keys and user data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies and Website Technologies

The LIV Bot website uses a locale preference cookie to remember your language choice.

If you accept analytics in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics cookies to understand how the website is used. If you choose essential cookies only, Google Analytics is not loaded.
